What we do

  • Listen to Understand
    At yello studio we listen. OK, you have probably heard it all before but we really do take pride in developing relationships with our clients, listening to what you have to say and understanding what you need.
  • Work Together
    At yello studio we work closely with our clients to create a graphic design brief, guide you through the process and set up a checklist of objectives and measurables – that way, once we’ve finished our job, you’ll be able to have proof of how successful we’ve been and, subsequently, how successful your new branding, literature or website is.
  • Consume Tea and Cake
    After taking your graphic design or web design brief, we will go away and think about it, sketch it, discuss it, and generally live and breathe it – and as we like to be transparent in all we do, we don’t mind telling you we will probably consume lots of tea and cake in the process!
  • Reassure Our Clients
    We will reassure you with a clear timeline of events, a written explanation of what you’ll receive and a guide to what we’ll need from you.
  • Deliver
    After we create something that answers your brief we will present it to you in person or if you prefer, via email and a telephone conversation. If you like it, as we’re sure you will, then we go celebrate with more tea and cake and if there is anything you think needs adjusting, then we will be happy to talk it through with you and make the necessary changes.

What we don’t do

  • Pretend We Are Listening
    Pretending we’re listening to you whilst daydreaming about what we’re going to have for lunch is not on our agenda. We’re actually interested, not only because it helps us fathom what makes you and your business tick – therefore giving us a clearer idea of your brand - but also because we’re suckers for a good story!
  • Confuse You
    The team at yello studio know how to avoid confusing you with tech-speak, puzzle you with complicated reasons why you can’t have what you want or give you second-best. We believe in plain talking and we will explain every part of the process.
  • Short Change Your Business
    We pride ourselves on our creativity – that’s why we don’t reinvent old designs. Every project is a blank canvas, full of new challenges and exciting new complications. We won’t keep you waiting or shelve your project when Maserati comes knocking. We’ll deliver what we say we will, when we say it.
    We enjoy that – that’s why we’re good at what we do.
